Having worked as a doctor in the NHS for over 18 years, I've had a lot of interaction and collaborative projects with Social Care teams.

When my colleagues and I discussed our passion to create a unique private care service, it was an easy yes for me! This is because my work as a General Practitioner allows me to provide compassionate, evidence-based support to my patients; and my personal life as a foster parent and mother provides me with understanding, patience and warmth. I also have multiple years of experience of teaching and training frontline healthcare staff and students and look forward to being able to train and support our own care staff.

I hope to be able to bring my empathy to everyone involved with Paisley Care and aim to lead from the front. I aspire to promote the entire teams' wellbeing and provide the personalised touches that we so often seem to miss in this day and age.

I don't believe in “clients” accessing our services and look forward to welcoming our “members”, who will be part of the team and involved in every decision along their care journey.
